I am a student of the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland and was looking to apply to your restaurant as a Chef de Partie. My primary goal is to gain as much knowledge and experience and hence, refine my skills by working in different restaurants based in Europe. I have worked at JW Marriott in Dubai, Kiosque des Bastions in Geneva and my last job was at a michelin restaurant Harry's, in Maastricht.

In breve le mie esperienze: mi sono laureata in Economia e Management per l'impresa all'Università Cattolica di Milano nel 2016 ed ho immediatamente cominciato a lavorare in KPMG come staff accountant per un anno. La passione per il mondo dell'ospitalità, che da sempre mi aveva affascinata, mi ha spinto nel 2017 ad iscrivermi al corso di Manager per la ristorazione in Alma, esperienza questa che mi ha convinto a cambiare ambito lavorativo. Consapevole di dovermi formare sull'operatività di questo settore ho intrapreso varie esperienze nell'alta ristorazione che mi hanno portato ad essere, ormai da più di 4 anni, assistente direttore del ristorante Enrico Bartolini al Mudec. Ho poi iniziato un percorso da HR F&B in una grande azienda milanese. Sento però che è arrivato il momento di procedere oltre nella mia carriera trovando un impiego che mi permetta di coltivare la mia passione più grande: il mondo F&B.
