Judging from the excellent dishes she creates, it is no wonder she received the title of “Cook of the Year” in 2019 by Gault Millau.

At restaurant Café Suisse, chef Marie offers creative Swiss cuisine, prepared with the best fresh seasonal products. In recognition of her outstanding skills, chef Marie Robert was named Cook of the Year 2019 by Gault Millau with a score of 16/20 and was awarded 1 Michelin star. Over the years, the kitchen team has continually grown, with seven people working there now. Each of them has the goal of continually surpassing themselves to provide guests with the best cuisine and service. Favorites on the menu include lobster and yuzu ravioli, blue lobster bisque from Brittany, and Swiss veal tenderloin on the bone, stuffed with white truffle.
Café Suisse ambiance
The high ceiling, decorated walls, and dark wooden double staircase leading up to the gallery give Café Suisse restaurant its outspoken character. Chef Marie likes to change the layout, the colors, the furniture, and accessories regularly. This way, she ensures that the place is constantly renewed. Through her use of bright colors in contrast to the dark wood, the ambiance of the restaurant is contemporary, yet still warm and inviting.
