Döllerer's cuisine
Döllerer's restaurant and inn focus on high-quality regional products. Those ingredients make the stylish and delicious dishes served in the restaurant and the hearty and down-to-earth dishes served in the inn so special. In addition to a very personal and appreciative relationship with the producers and suppliers, the family maintains long-term partnerships with excellent winegrowers from Austria and Europe. The resulting grandiose range of wines is professionally paired with exquisite dishes by Döllerer's in-house sommelier team.
Golling & surroundings
The town of Golling is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region or the city of Salzburg, which is only a 20-minute drive or train ride away. Near Golling, you can enjoy the untouched nature of the Bluntau valley, or marvel at the impressive Golling waterfall. The remarkable Salzachöfen (rocky gorges), another natural highlight of the area, is even considered a natural monument. Another highlight is Golling’s historic castle, “Burg Golling”, located in the center of town. It was built in the 13th century and is the main stage of the Kunst & Kulinarik Festival Burg Golling which takes place during summer. These events are accompanied by the delicious Döllerer cuisine. Outdoor lovers also have plenty of opportunities here. The area offers many spots for outdoor sports, such as fishing and golf. Ski enthusiasts will find wonderful skiing slopes in the ski areas nearby.
