Clément BidardWith its latest chef, Clément Bidard, a more than 120-year-old family tradition continues at restaurant Le Saint-Lazare. In 1899, Clément’s great-great-grandparents, bakers Ernestine and Jean-Claude, bought the site. Their family establishment started out as a bakery, grocery store and village restaurant for family celebrations and banquets.

Together, chefs Christian and Clément Bidard present an innovative "carte blanche" mystery menu. Working with regionally-grown products and locally-sourced ingredients, the duo cooks up delicious delicacies. Think of surprising specialties such as confit duck leg with Sarladaise potatoes. Those with a sweet tooth won’t be disappointed either. To round off your culinary journey, the chefs prepare heavenly classics, such as panna cotta with red fruits.
