Chef Gaston has built a regular customer base in Paradies restaurant through his persistent, careful, and passionate cuisine. In addition to the Wiener Schnitzel and fine fish dishes, visitors are drawn to the restaurant mainly due to the homemade ravioli. In the evening, when Gaston Zeiter's team goes home, the chef uses the empty kitchen to create his signature homemade ravioli. In one evening, up to 600 pieces of ravioli are created. And within the next two days, they are all gone.
