Job description | Managing, training, recruiting, and developing the team. Organizing annual interim evaluations for team members. Establishing goals, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures in consultation with the management. Monitoring service execution along with the maître-sommelier to guarantee the best guest experience and improve where possible. Focusing on the quality of and engagement of team members, development, and their well-being. Serving as a crucial link between the team and management. |

Education | Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a recommendation. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for food and drink. You have what it takes to be an excellent host/hostess. The ability to lead, inspire, and train a team with F&B knowledge. Previous experience in Food and Beverage Management or Supervision. Commitment to high levels of guest service. Effective communication skills with guests in all their diversity and your team members. Dealing with dynamic situations in the industry. |
