Chef Arjan Kuipers graduated from Cingel College in Breda as a specialized restaurant chef. His reputation in gastronomy has been impressive since then. Arjan interned at Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark and Ireland and after that, apprenticed at Michelin-starred restaurant Solo in Gorinchem. In the following years he worked as a sous-chef at top restaurants De Lemonadefabriek in Streefkerk and De Gieser Wildeman in Noordeloos. Prior to opening De Ertepeller, he worked as head chef at De Hoefslag and Bistro De Ruif in Bosch en Duin.
