Born and raised in Granada, Lola always knew that cooking was her true passion. Despite studying technical architecture, her love for flavours, aromas, and ingredients led her to pursue her true culinary calling. After completing her studies at the Hurtado de Mendoza hospitality school in her hometown and receiving exceptional training at the prestigious Luis Irizar culinary school in San Sebastián, Lola was ready to start a unique culinary journey.
