Löwen’s cuisine
The cuisine at restaurant Löwen is based on a long tradition but is open to modern times. Chef Alexander Ruhland‘s dishes are strongly inspired by seasonal and regional influences and include exquisite flavour combinations, based on authentic recipes. Specialties on the menu include the delicious pickled salmon with melon, guacamole, yuzu, mustard, char caviar and cucumber spaghettinis; and the roasted venison with Sumatra pepper jus, chanterelles, celery, and noodle bags. Each dish can be perfectly paired with a glass of wine, to complete your gastronomic experience.
