An award-winning chef with a passion for classic German cuisine
Chef Alexander Ruhland took over the management of the restaurant from his mother Pia. From a young age, he already knew he wanted to work in the kitchen and consistently pursued his culinary career. He trained under chef Christian Henze in restaurant Probstried and received an award for his 'outstanding' skills. After this, Alexander joined several kitchens in high-end establishments under well-known chefs throughout the country. His extensive resume includes working with chef Hans Haas in Tantris, with Romeo Hofer in Schloss Lautrach, and with Karl Ederer in restaurant Ederer.
