With chef Adalbert Seebacher, there is no discussion possible about taste and craftsmanship. The young chef, who has run the Kraftwerk restaurant in Oberursel for more than five years, has been listed as one of the rising stars by the Gault Millau restaurant guide. In addition to this, his culinary skills were rewarded with 16 out of 20 points. The reason is his impeccably high degree of culinary art, creativity, and skill. His resume includes many of the national top fine-dining establishments, such as the Munich restaurant Tantris, Hangar 7 in Salzburg, and the Marcobrunn in Schloss Reinhartshausen. He has cooked side by side with top chefs Eckart Witzigmann, Lea Linster, and the Swiss three-star chef André Jaeger, where he learned from the very best.
