At restaurant Rakar, Boštjan and his kitchen team use their passion and imagination to create every dish with a delicate balance of tastes and smells. In combination with a captivating, natural environment and fresh ingredients, his culinary interpretation is authentic and flawless. Favorites on the menu are the outstanding fish and meat dishes, perfectly paired with the finest local vegetables available during the season. Each dish can be completed with an excellent glass of wine from the extensive wine list, carefully selected by sommelier Boštjan Rakar.
