Whenever possible, Rathauskeller restaurant works with local farms that provide chef Stefan Meier with vegetables, fruits, and meat from controlled production. Stefan also takes pride in serving up fresh fish caught in the local region. Swiss specialties and traditional, classic, upscale Swiss cuisine are featured on the menu. If you look at the wine list, you will find rare French wines, as well as 80 different top Bordeaux wines.
