You can enjoy his meals in the dining area, which is traditionally furnished and features an open fireplace, a monumental 18th-century table from briar wood, and exposed brick walls. The chef’s menus are beautifully complemented by the restaurant’s wine selection, which offers rare and exquisite wines as well as spirits and liqueurs from all over the world.
