The dining room on the ground floor is bright and warm and the larger dining room upstairs for groups is even cosier. Through a window in the kitchen diners can see the chefs in action while they conjure up the finest contemporary French cuisine. Good to know: the restaurant has an elevator to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.
Au Moriane’s cuisine
At restaurant Au Moriane diners can expect inventive cuisine inspired by international flavours. Diners can choose between a 4- to 6-course dinner, including several delicious cheeses. The menu evolves throughout the seasons. In the kitchen, chef Sébastien Lambert-Carabin and his team use products from the local market and gardener located 30 km from the restaurant. Fish and meat are also locally sourced, in collaboration with producers from the region. Each morning, fresh bread is baked at the restaurant. The aim of the restaurant is to reduce the production of waste as much as possible by using leftovers in stocks, powders, and sauces, thereby giving a second life to each product whenever possible.

Restaurant Au Moriane is located in the beautiful city of Liège. Interesting sights near the restaurant include Liège Cathedral, museum La Boverie and the historic Citadel of Liège. It’s also interesting to check out The "Batte" market that takes place along the river Meuse. Outdoor lovers can go on a bike tour through the entire city, passing by all the interesting sights on a city cycling route. It’s also a great city to just go for a walk and see where the streets take you – the beautiful architecture will surely surprise you everywhere you go.
