The cooking style of chef Jeroen Raes can be described as classic with a raw edge. He uses his Zeeland roots in his dishes, to show his guests where he originates from. You can choose from a 5-, 6-, or 7-course menu and expect a wide range of dishes made from locally-sourced foods, as well as treasures of the sea from Zeeland. Hostess Maaike Steins, offers the guest a variety of wine tastes: classical, modern, and undiscovered. The wine list is international, mixing his roots with influences from all over the world.

Restaurant Rozemarijn is situated right in the center of Maastricht, in the province of Limburg. The modern chic interior will make you feel right at home.
