From traditional, down-to-earth dishes to innovative gourmet menus: this star chef never ceases to surprise. In the kitchen, Steffen and his team work with high-quality regional and seasonal ingredients from small local producers. His critically-acclaimed cuisine beautifully showcases his personality: creative, personable and relaxed. On the menu you’ll find chef Steffen’s refined specialties. Think of pikeperch with peas, chanterelles, veal head, and crustacean tortellini; and lamb with beans, rosemary, shallots, and potatoes. When it comes to dessert, the Original Beans chocolate with raspberry, pistachio and tonka beans is among one of the diners’ favourites.
