Restaurant Le Saint Sauveur is run by Céline and Georges Lelièvre. Between 1998 and 2006, the duo worked in several Michelin star restaurants in Switzerland. Managing a communal inn near Geneva in 2006, they earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, for the inn’s excellent price-pleasure ratio. In 2010, they left Geneva and started working at a hostel closer to Lausanne. In this establishment, they obtained another Bib Gourmand, as well as a Bib Hôtel, a La Grappe for the outstanding wine list, a L'Assiette Gourmande, and two Fourchettes Rouges from the Michelin Guide. After that, more awards followed. Namely: the title “Discovery of the Year” by Gault Millau and the Medal of Chevalier du Mérite Agricole. In 2018, a new adventure started with the opening of chef Georges’ restaurant Le Saint Sauveur. Encouraged by the many rewards he has received, this passionate chef daily prepares tasty and modern dishes that are close to his heart.
