A talented manager & sommelier with a passion for hospitality
Mario Sposito is owner and sommelier at restaurant Taverna Estia. Upon graduating from his economics degree in London, Mario plunged into the family business where he became a sommelier and head waiter, and eventually took the position of manager. He created a wine list over time that now includes over 1000 excellent labels, including great choices from Campania and other famous wine regions in Italy.
I especially enjoy traditional Campania cuisine. Within it, the Campanian culture is brought to life.
