A Michelin-starred owner-chef with a passion for modern Italian cuisine
Mariano Guardianelli is chef and owner at restaurant Abocar Due Cucine. Chef Mariano was born in Cordoba, Argentina. After his culinary studies, he worked in restaurants throughout Europe, including the kitchens of restaurant Riff in Valencia, La Buca in Cesenatico, and L’Atelier in Arles. In 2014 he returned to Italy and opened his own restaurant Abocar Due Cucine in Rimini. Here, his excellent contemporary Italian cuisine has been awarded a coveted Michelin star.
Since the opening of our restaurant, our philosophy has been to balance the great ingredients of the territory.
