Peter and Nina Pichler are the chefs at the helm of the Naturhotel Molzbachhof’s gourmet restaurant Gaumenkitzel. After years in top restaurants in Austria, Portugal and England, the young couple returned to Austria to take over Peter’s parents' business in 2016, which was founded by his grandfather in 1969. The couple has completely changed the gastronomic offering of the restaurant whilst maintaining the original essence and use of local produce. Their hard work has paid off and they have been recognised by Gault Millau and other gourmet guides in Europe.
