Stefan Eder is owner and chef of restaurant Der Wilde Eder. Stefan is a qualified nutrition coach, dietetic trained cook, and an excellent award-winning top chef. After his culinary education, he worked at several top restaurants, including Wellnessgasthof Eder and Crystal Symphony. After an extensive culinary career, Stefan opened his very own hotel restaurant Der Wilde Eder in 2013. Here, his regional global cuisine received various awards, among which 3 toques.
