Chefs Victor Grimon and Léo Toussaint are two cousins and the grandsons of the founders of restaurant Domaine du Relais de Vincey. With their extended culinary education, they now offer diners a primarily locavore culinary approach, highlighting local breeders and producers. Léo Toussaint studied at the Notre Dame hotel school in Epinal. For seven years, he was a pastry chef under top chef Paul Bocuse in Collonges aux Mont d'Or. Together, the two chefs have decided to update the restaurant's menu in order to offer a more modern and contemporary experience.
