Chefs Victor Grimon and Léo Toussaint are two cousins and the grandsons of the founders of restaurant Domaine du Relais de Vincey. With their extended culinary education, they now offer diners a primarily locavore culinary approach, highlighting local breeders and producers. Victor Grimon studied at the Hôtelière school in Le Touquet. He was the winner of the "Chef en Or" National award in 2018 and has worked at many high-end restaurants, including restaurant Bristol, George V, and Clos des Sens.
