Since December 2007, chef Martin Thommen and his wife and hostess Manuela have been working in the family business. After completing his apprenticeship at Chrüteroski, chef Martin visited Mario Gamba in the Acquarello in Munich. He later joined André Jaeger in the fishermen's guild and most recently teamed up with Horst Petermann. His wife Manuela Thommen-Umbricht, for her part, was active in Moospinte. Additionally, she worked at Lampart's and in the Restaurant Zum Wiesengrund, under the guidance of chefs Hans-Peter and Ines Hussong.
