Reto Gadola, a Swiss chef born in the small town of Rabius in the stunning region of Surselva, was raised close to nature and surrounded by the mountains. It is this proximity to the Swiss countryside that inspired his style of cooking, using natural, locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible.
