Agron Lleshi started his apprenticeship as a chef at the Jägerhof Restaurant in St.Gallen and after spending a few years working in other kitchens and learning from some incredible chefs he decided to come back to where he began. Initially working as Head Chef for the first six years, Agron soon made the decision to take over the restaurant and take on all of the responsibilities that came with it. Keen to maintain the excellent reputation of Jägerhof, Agron kept many of the tried and tested dishes on the menu but also added his own flair and personality by creating some new and exciting dishes. Thanks to his vision, the restaurant was awarded its Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points in 2020.
